1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• Tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
• Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
• Gift cards and digital products.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Receive confirmation and return instructions from our team.
• Ship the item back using the recommended courier service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, please mention it in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
